Tom Glavine happened to be one of my favorite idols for me being from Massachusetts. Tom happens to be a very special person in the Bay State, and I am proud as a Braves fan to watch him pitch with finesse, grace, passion, and humility on the mound every time he went to keep his team in the game. GO BRAVES.
Tom is amazing. I miss those days when Glavine, Smoltz, and Maddux would dominate every inning of their games. Congrats to Tom on what an astonishing feat.
I hope he plays a few more years with the Braves. What a great technical pitcher. What location! Catching that cheater clemens is a long shot but at least he'll get the Hall.
Phenomenal Video! Thank you for the post. Tom is one of the classiest to ever play the game. My favorite slides were the John Smoltz/Glavine error card and seeing him with Steve Avery, Greg Maddux and Smoltz. I first saw him at win number 7 in 1988, in St. Louis. He beat Joe Magrane that day and pitched extremely well. Tom had a sac bunt as well. I think Ron Gant went yard also. Dale Murphy launched a bat into the stands too. Thank you very much for this tribute. Chris

Sorry Tom, You will be sorely missed. What the Braves did to you was fucked up.
No way does a team release the guy that won their only World Championship for them in 95'. Wren is a dumbdick.
