  • Awesome! Love it! Be sure and do a vid of when that blacklight goes EOL. Would love to see that. LOL.

  • @bamaslamma1003 Thanks! I'll definately videotape the EOL of the 'dead' BLB. I actually killed a blacklight a few months ago. Not as exciting as regular white fluorescent lights. (Fluorescent light burning out 5)

  • Good 'startup vid' / nice collection of BLB's

  • @XmasLightsGuy Thanks! I have a few more F20BLBs lying around that I couldn't get in here.

  • @Y0uTube235 The Rapid start shoplight has the same ballast and bulbs as the ones in the "Rapid Start Ballast" video! The ballast is High Power Factor

  • @Y0uTube235 On the dresser just to the right of the frame, there is an antique "Cat clock". The hands glow bright green after the blacklights get turned off. You'll love it! I might have to make a video of it. I have a bunch of white T-shirts that glow brightly, too. :)

  • @Y0uTube235 Thanks!! The instant start fixture is the one I used for my EOL videos! It just has different lampholders, that's all. The ballast in it does such a good job at killing 'dead' lamps LOL

I need to get some more 4 foot fixtures, because I have quite a few High Power Factor rapid start ballasts lying around. In this video, that's all the 48 inch blacklights I own lighting up. I have a few F20T12 blacklights that I didn't light up, as well. I don't have fixtures for those, either. :)
