  • No no no. "decline" means your head is closer to the ground than your feet are. "incline" means your head is further away from the ground than your feet are.

The words represent the orientation of your body. They do *NOT* indicate lower/upper chest.

  • i dont care what hes listening to. That shit is hard trust me i can relate. Barely any break, three variations of ACTUAL pushups. Especially if that was really after a chest day. props

  • I built a free to use Push Up App at Push Up King Dot Com . The routines range from Regular to Push Up King: 1000 Push ups (Easy, Medium, Hard). I can personally do 20 sets of 50 Push ups of Push Up King Medium.

  • this is an incline, not decline,,, ur rking the upper chest

  • Good choice of background music.

  • i think by working out you really think you just won a gladiatorbattle... all the puffing and grunting give me a break! its only like 15 reps or so... hope that weight on the bar wasnt all u can push. perhaps set up for arms or so. anyway good vid and excercise but leave out the tennissounds

  • @scarred4eternity it's his choice how he works out. Just ignore it, i hear people like that all the time at the gym and I give respect to those type of people cause you know they're actually training and not trying to just look cool.

  • @HeyItzScotch you can workout just fine without all the grunting! i do it... its like slamming down the weights at the gym no need for it! But to each its own i guess but thats over the top... good exercise to do in a superset with anykind of benchpress

  • are you a filipino man?

  • so decline = upper chest, incline = lower chest...and regular pushups is what? the middle part?

  • @NonHtau Decline is actually lower chest or below the pec muscles. Incline is raised so everything on your upper chest and regular push ups would be the pec muscles themselves with a bit of the bit of seperation in the middle of the pecs. Have a good holiday!

  • less dramatic to plz, lol

  • keep pushing! dont stop

  • great vid bro...nice to see another filipino guy ripped...good job!!!!

  • Doesn't doing this injure your lower back?...

  • This works out the chest manly??

  • this is the perfect opportunity to snap some fucking shit up!

  • These are icline because feet are inclined. Good Music though..

  • What the hell is he listening to...

  • @AmericanCritiquer it's from the movie Gladiator lol

  • KEEP IT POSITIVE! keeps me going everyday with my workouts!!!!

  • I would totally buy that bench press set up from you since you go to the gym. I have like 2/3 of my chest popping. Getting there.

  • Yeah, I strongly believe that Deep Pushups are better than Bench Press for developing the chest and front delts. Sounds crazy, I know. But, considering that you cannot properly max out on Bench because of the immediate threat to your life (a bar is ready to decapitate you and it's up to your own strength to prevent that). Of course, you can if you have a partner, but that's just one of the reasons Deep Pushups trump Bench. See this post on the subject: 10in30.com/?p=574#Deep%20Pushups

  • Those are decline push ups. Just like benching on a decline bench when your chest is lower and feet are higher same thing

  • Now that's how real men are supposed to train.. to the limit!!! great job man

  • @Pakhthun187

And listening to.. is that Enya?

  • @Decuball

the singer's name is Lisa Gerrard

  • @Decuball

the singer's name is Lisa Gerrard

  • The second set of pushups are inclined, the first set are decline pushups.

  • Awesome, but these are not declined. They are actually INCLINED. If your feet were on the ground, they'd be declined. By making your feet even with your hands (since your hands are elevated) they would be regular flat pushups, but raising your feet like that; you're doing Inclined Pushups. WAY better than declines anyway so you won't get man boobs! Good job mate!

  • @artbum EXAAAAAAAAAACTLY they're INCLINED and an AMAZING exersize i seen my best results come from this.. its almost a full body work out word up~!

  • he should have stopped at 0.50 and

otherwise great workout and great exercise in my opinion

  • That is smart. You can go so much lower with the chairs. I'm gonna try that.

  • how many weeks does it takes?

  • @eeEMPEee

sorry for the really late reply. i haven't updated this in a while. how many weeks does it take to do what? i'm not quite fully understanding what specifically you're asking about.

but keep training and i'm sure you could do the same in no time.

  • @jmflip

    you workout at home?

  • @nirson123

only when I can't hit my gym. last resort kinda thing.

  • @jmflip is this for the lowerchest part?

  • @GsxRaider upper pecs

  • @jbatts528 hey thank!

  • i love doing these.also the same way with dips even tho its more of a pushup

  • so these are decline push ups? how come other videos show incline push ups that looks just like urs? are they doing it wrong i guess?

  • depends on their perception i guess. but my take is that decline means your head is lower than your feet and incline is head higher than feet.

they could also be meaning that their "incline" push ups (done this way) is working their upper chest, which it is.

  • thanks jmflip, when u got ur pecs, did u get it mostly from those push ups u just did or benching like every other person do? i suck at benching but im very good at push ups

  • both but i'd have to say more on benching because you can put more of a load on your chest and therefore have them grow bigger, faster

  • you look much heavier

  • about 10 lb heavier than the video of me "blowing up"

  • i like your red shorts ;P
