You need a DVD ripping program first - that makes DVDs into AVI or MPEG files which you can edit in Movie Maker then :).

I understand, don't worry, took me ages to figure out how to rip stuff :). I don't think so, it sounds like that is just a DVD copying program... you need something that'll convert DVD files to .avi or .mpeg files. I'd try googling one of the program names I told you, I'm not sure if they're free though.
