  • I'm buying myself a graduation present this thanksgiving. Still can't decide which car to get, bmw 328xi or IS 250. I really like lexus' smooth powertrain and soft suspension. After driving my Audi A4 for 4 years (Audi sucks), I'm really not interested in feeling anything on the surface of the road. But after all, lexus is a Japanese car >.<

  • Proud owner of a BMW 328i, feels so good to drive. It wont let you down especially if you're about get into an accident. It's like when you drive this car the driver and the car becomes one.

  • BMWs are more sporty than BENZ ...I feel BMW should ditch all this tech crap and get back to a raw driving experience ...make the cars lighter slightly smaller and more reliable and BMW would be perfect

  • With a name like olddirtybastard213, you can go fuck yourself. :)

    Love,

    Americans.

  • @hehh543 Clever comment. How's that working out for you? Ya know? Being Clever?

  • i drove 325i and i had more then enough room inside and im 6,2' so what are you complaining about you midget. both the new and old idrive systom are easy to use, took me minuts to figure both out, your just a dumb shit if you have a hard time with idrive, also the cup holder are fine after you drive the car for a while u wouldnt change a thing

  • @m6speeder no sorry everything he said in the video is true.

  • I took the car for a test drive and was surprised how smooth the ride was - MUCH smoother than the IS250, where every bump in the road you can fee. This is despite sources including Lexus dealers saying the IS250 is smoother. BUT, I did find the active head restraint uncomfortable in the test drive. Just have this fear if purchased that in long drives, since you can only tilt forward, but NOT backward, that could lead to neck pain. Much appreciate others experiences! I am 6'1". Thanks!

  • @GregWn Well of course Lexus is nothing compared to BMW

  • 3 series interior is fine, compared to a Lexus is, it's enormous inside

  • Annoying person. The head rest is adjustable and the idrive system with the gps and upgraded stereo takes getting used to but once you do it is a pleasure. Stick to reviewing pickup trucks.

  • lol .... americans... the car is to cramped because all your domestic car brands only produce 10 ft boats that everybody calls cars.. and the interior space is good if you're not obese

  • @oldirtybastard213 what do you drive, a kia rio?

  • you always say "where this car really shines is the way it handles" every video i see has that in it

  • he annoys me..lol

  • 3 series is kinda less spacious for tall people like me, i would go for 5 series old models i mean. BUT 5 series ugly looking shape scares me. Finally 2011 5 series is Fantasy!!

  • German cars are superior than american cars heck even japanese cars are superior to american cars in terms of overall quality american cars this days are not reliable anymore

  • can't tell how i hate this car. Engine sucks

  • Too be honest it all depends what you want in a car. If you want a car that doesn't push the boundaries of beauty but does provide outstanding performance...BMW. If you want a car that isn't as hot on performance but does look very sleek and very well put together....Merce...oh no wait...LEXUS! Certainly in the UK Mercedes build quality isn't all that good, some spend more time in the garage than on the road! They charge too high a price for what really isn't any better than the main players.

  • I really don't like BMW's too much. I think it looks too plain, and the interior feels like something from 10 years ago. I really like the Mercedes Benz C300, but am thinking of getting a Lexus IS250 because it's cheaper and a really nice car (my bro just got an IS250 today and it's awesome).

  • I notice that some of the bashers here are on multiple 335i posts. Do you have nothing better to do than pick arguments with people? Go look at stuff that makes you happy, and let us enjoy the cars that we enjoy.

  • Man BMW is the best car so dont say that its not good. infact u guys are freckin fundamentalists and dont wana promote other countries products except freckin US product which are all and all shit. and US does these to other cars that they assemble it in the US to dishonor German cars and they Improve thier freckin cars. If u really wanna drive BMW, Mercedes Benz, Audi or any other German Products then Go to Germany and drive the ones that Germans do the assembling ok my friend. fuck US cars.

  • @yaar96 And every one knows that how cool german cars are and the best engineering ever . German and Japan thumbs up...and that's why they last longer than any other cars especially that fuckin US shitty cars that always u have problem with them...

  • @yaar96 Yes man, Us cars suck. actually GM should have been gone bankrupt long ago if american government wouldnt save it..

  • lol really intelligent just cause you drive around in a poser vehicle.

hint what i drive is in the last 2 letter of my user name. beat you do know what it is lol

  • very dated interior and poor standard features

  • @genkifd hater...but don't worry i bet you have a 1980's honda civic xP

  • yeah but, BMW is the most rubbish quality car ever made on planet earth, steering rack is Rubbish, BMW has few problems?haha , BMW has lots and lots of problems

  • @kentau123 what type of bmw have you owned to make such an absurd statement???

  • @TruAzn100 Look at JD Powers IQS rating in google, bmw was and is below industry average, BMW-Big Money Wasted, BMW-money sucking machine

  • Comment removed

  • @kentau123 and what type of car do you drive? a toyota corolla?

  • @TruAzn100 NO used to drive BMW Big Money Wasted, now saving money to Buy Lexus IS

  • I've had the previous gen and current gen is quicker handles better and quality is way improved

  • so true. bmws are fun but that's about it - not very spacious, not very luxurious, not very high tech.

  • @Descartes619 uh... not very high tech? Are you high?

  • @maestroadam most definitely. bmws are shit cars. my 2004 TL is comfortable, luxurious and doesn't spend all its time in the shop. my buddy's 3 series does. case closed.

  • @Descartes619 I don't know what your buddy does to his 3 series, but my mother owns a 2006 E90 330i, and it has proven very reliable, even with the -40 winters we get here in Canada, plus, we only have to change the oil once a year! (about 25000 km is when the maintenance computer notifies us). I like the TLs too though, they're very nice cars.

  • @Descartes619 maybe u need to do some research.....so many TL's have been reported for transmission failure at about 80,000 miles, although i agree the new TL's are awesome, but still bmw's own

  • More like bmws geting better not worse worse review ever

  • bmw's have a terrible hard drive, mercedes n audis too.. good review

  • loads of ugly stuff came out with the e90 at that era :s

  • this guys is a douche.

He doesn't even know what he is comparing this car with. In its class, this car is excellent in all categories.

  • Do you have a 328i?

  • I own a 335i

  • Neighbors own a C-class.. and I have to say in the interior of a C-class is much nicer, aesthetically. Performance-wise it's good, but very cushioned, typical Mercedes. Is the only difference between the C-class, not in regards to styling, the quality of build and how the car handles?

  • Actually, from many auto magazine, I've read that they praise BMW for it's built quality. I know Merc is high up there also in terms of built quality. You won't go wrong with either car. But as soon as you drive a bimmer, you'll know which one to get. I know that as it happened to me... ;D

  • You're right, both cars are excellent. But there's a reason that the 3-series ranks higher than the C-class, performance. The Benz's have restrained engines and ride a bit smooth.. BMW's you feel the road. :)

  • I agree with your statement.

  • why would you want to fell every pot hole and crack, the reason you spend 50 grnad on a car is to avoid all that. might aswell drive a neon.

  • I don't think you understand the meaning of "feeling the road"

It means being connected to the road and not feeling the floaty way that Mercedes cars have.

BMW's are not uncomfortable which is the true genius in them, they are comfortable and sporty at the same time.

Although the only thing I'd say are uncomfortable with some models is the factory run-flats. However apparently the newer-to-come third generation run-flats are said to be as comfortable as non-run-flat tires.

    so hopefully they are

  • thanks for explaining this mate...i love bmw way more the mercedes.

    i have acura tsx 2004 and 2001 bmw 325ci

  • wow cupholders are far away.. what a fag

  • Excellent car!

  • Does the Passat CC share the similar interior features like the new Toyota Camry model?

  • jerlii09, just a little bit of utility is sacrificed for a lot more style and flair, along with a host of high-tech features, to create a product that promises to be more desirable and exclusive

  • if anything it would share with Audi.

  • I actually like Passat's source of inspiration too, the CLS

  • more space in the trunk i think.

  • this car will never win the passat cc!!!

  • The passat cc is more value for money compared with this. features are better.

  • 328i with and auto! You've got to be kidding me. Test a cool one.
