Best place for these types of materials is a model shop.
You can buy the brass there, and a lot of other little unique little pieces of materials.

I think this is a great set of tutorials on pinhole constructs, and one of the better one when it comes to film holder assemby. Come on, Mr. Amos; I am waiting on the rest of the installments. Thanks for taking the time to do this.
