  • This is the second video of yours that I have watched. I started here at the beginning I think. But I don't know about the order, really, there may have been other videos. You may have had other channels and such. But I don't care so much about that. I just wanted to leave a comment on the plumbing video because I watched it and it is the second video that I watched here. But it is probably out of sequence in my viewing order here.   • 1. Always request everything in writing, his visits, contractors coming to your house.

    2. Give him written notices and then proceed with repair and deduct.

    3. You can sign whatever you want on the lease but the state, at least CA, has a civil code that makes void any lease agreement that violates state issue civil codes.
