I really enjoyed this video as it doesnt give some random routines but shows how to analyse what is going on, I think most people focus on getting good...not on the correct techniques required to get good...after all any guy can run routines but knowing how to calibrate the correct use of them is another thing. has a touch of the mystery approach, by breaking it down not what is happening but why and how...good stuff to see, keep em coming
