Look at a politcal spectrum, anything right of center is capitalist, extreme right being fascist, and anything left of center is more socialist, extreme left being communism. When it gets to the point of dictatorships, the gov't may not strictly employ socialist or capitalist methods in running their nations, but the basic principles are still there.
