Accusations of soft don't make much sense to me. The guy's been playing with grown men since he was 14! You think in all that time there weren't players who challenged his toughness night in, night out for the sole reason he was so young? Spain takes it's basketball very seriously, they don't give that job to a soft player.

I'm from Spain and I've been following Ricky Rubio since he appeared as a 14 yeaar old basketball phenom. Almost 8 years have passed and he hasn't improved any part of his game. He still relies on his awesome ballhandling and he hasn't developed even an average jumpshot. He is overrated by the media and he even lost the starting PG position with Barcelona. Sorry to all Timberwolves fans, but he is not the new Pete Maravich, he is not even a good player
