It's an item move, you just equip the devil face and press up+1+2. It doesn't have much use really it can hit aired opponents but damage is very very small, so it's best to just use it as a taunt like this player does.

The tekken 6 that is coming out will be the BR version with alisa and lars. but it wont be called BR to avoid confusion.
