You have the best way of playing boogie of anyone. LOVE THE DEAD ON RYTHEM you never miss a beat. You make every note be heard & count. Most of the boogie players could learn a thing or two or three from you.

Thanks a lot. However, one is so much used to THE immortalized version by Albert Ammons, as e.g. played by freakyhead20 on youtube. Couldn't you add a few elements of the Ammons version? Cheers. Boogie keeps the Blues away!

Thanks for watching. I could add a few elements, although I am not as good as many boogie woogie players. In fact you are watching a classic blues piano player trying to play with the boogie woogie, and realizing that most of the bw players play the same thing. So please allow me to play my own bw style. I am glad you like it anyway. End of this year and next year I will post more boogie woogies ( in my own style of course )

You keep me working! This kind of reactions keep me really going. You know there is a kind of discussion whether this is boogiewoogie or not. I understand that because I don't like to play(copy) bw, but like to play with the bw and that is a big difference. So that's why this light type of boogie woogie. I think it was the right kind of boogie for this song.

Maybe In october there will be a hot steam machine boogie woogie special ( ?????? )
