wow. there is an older male cat in my neighborhood just like that. when i recently moved here i noticed him hanging around the area and watched him cross the street. he turns his head sideways as well. i reckon he is about 8 or 9 from his looks and information from homeowners. he was trapped about a year ago and neutered. but he still seems to be the dominant cat in this area. i call him bruiser.

there is a weird feral in my neighborhood with crossed eyes. he looks to be about 5 or 6 years old and has lived around here without getting hit by a car. because they usually have no peripheral vision, he's smart enough to turn his head sideways when he crosses the street. he's also smart enough to escape the live trap the county animal control uses to trap, neuter, and release these feral felines. so i guess his offspring will live on. go cat go!
