I had the honor of watching Walter ,on most Sundays, as a kid, growing up in Chicago. He was the most incredible football player I have ever witnessed in my life. There will never be another football player like Walter, with that stiff arm, that stutter step, the high leg kick, and holding that football like a loaf of bread, no one did it better then SWEETNESS! It was just incredible to watch him live, on Sundays. To bad the kids of today never got to see this great man play the game ! R.I.P34

sweetness may have been freakish strong and had some speed but we all know that he had one of the biggest muscles of all, something you cant measure unless you watch, that is heart.

Sweetness, Walter was just one big muscle with speed and a wrecking machine. We used to watch his highlights before our high school games, I got so pumped up I played so good. Greatest running back in the history oif the NFL, bar none!!!
