Blaze is NOT from the future. She is from Solair (i think that is what her world is called) Silver is from the future. And the reason most people pair them up is because they seem to have feelings for each other in the Sonic Rush series. If you have seen the cutscene(s) at the end, probably the most romantic scene in all of the games!

actually Blaze is from a different dimensiion. Yes in Sonic 06 she was from the future but that was just a way to shoehorn her into the game because of the amount of fans and ositive response her character got. However in Sonic Rush Adventure she was from an alternate dimension again and that origin has been used ever since. Sonic 06 had a lot of problems with the series' continuity. So I think it's still possible it might happen even though I only believe in characters pairing up in the comics.

I have a better solution to the Silver, Sonic, Amy, Blaze problem. Let them all be single, gosh! Sonic is a drifter and would have to change his philosophy of life if he got married (he doesn't want to be tied down to anyone or anything). Amy should just pick someone who will stand still. Blaze doesn't want the responsibility of the sol emeralds on anyone else and its not clear to as what position Silver is in the world of Sonic anyway.
