  • @SSUnitedStateslife52 not sure but only thing i can think of is for like quarantine so they dont transfer sea creatures around the world upsetting the balance.

    so much mud in the chain locker.Right now with the new regulations of V.R.P.

    (Vessel Response Plan) they are doing it for enviromental reasons.
