Both their apartments are at the end of the hallway, same far side view. Maybe they both got corner-end apartments, more windows on the audience's side we never see. just beyond his tv.

jerry's apt definitely has a right angle slant, but you must factor-in the square footage of his bedroom and bathroom. when kramer brings "biff" and jerome to the window he points down and slightly to the left ('bout 20*).that's too much real estate to overcome and i believe the bldg across the street runs parallel to seinfeld's and not at an angle.

i think the building across the street would be parrallel too.. its hard to explain but the way i see it, jerry's window (right near his computer) looks out onto some street and some more buildings on other side. If his apartment wasn't at the very end of the hallway, then this view wouldn't be possible as there'd be another apartment inbetween. kramer also must have a similar view of the same street just slightly further along. its still a bit hard to grasp overall
