The stig is different drivers, Schumaker drove the ferrari FXX for sure. Ben Collins drove the veyron.

It's either Ben Collins or Damon Hill. The bit when he's in the car with the Stig and the Stig sounds remarkably like Damon Hill. Ben Collins and Damon Hill sound very similar, plus Damon is about the right height and build.

the fact that they had a guest stig (schumaker) and the stig's appearance & voice is diffferent at times suggest's that it could be more than one guy (it definetly is not a woman. they'd be better off having james may as the stig than a woman) which would also explain why they don't want him talking & why sometimes he can push cars to the limits & sometimes he doesn't even get close(veyron). There's no way it's one person. It's Ben Collins, hammilton, Schumaker @least once & who knows who else.

I think that the so called stig is mainly lewis hamilton but at times it's michael schumacher, maybe even sometimes Ben Collins. But i'm sure Hamilton is one of the stigs just look at the size and body shape!

I honestly believe that the Stig is none other than Michael Schumacher. Because, when Jeremy tested the Ferrari F430 in the Hard-Top and Convertible, he said "The Ferrari test driver AND THE STIG both said that the cars would do better on Perrelli tyres than on the Bridgestones." THAT is enough evidence to show that Michael is the Stig, seeing as he personally drives all the Ferrari's.

Another way to look at it, when Michael retired from the F1, it wasn't long till Top Gear got the new Stig.

They Put Micheal Schumacher on top gear as a Special Guest. But they cam up with the Idea of making him pretend to be the Stig for the episode just because it would be pretty cool. And simply because people would watch it just to see. In reality, If the true Identity of the Stig was revealed then they would find a New Person to replace the Stig.
