  • INDUSTRIAL FUCKING METAL \m/

  • classic

  • This makes me want to go on a rampage.

  • Godflesh is badass!!!! I've seen them live a few times and they are fucking great! @rocketfalls..... DAMN STRAIGHT!!!!! HA HA HA HA...

  • never heard of Godflesh before as not really into the industrial thing, watched these last night at damnation, fukin blew me away.

  • What's up with all of the Rammstein hate?!? Don't dislike a band just because they become successful. They make great music. I listen to stuff like Godflesh, Der Eisenrost, Dissecting Table, Skinny Puppy, Coil, (old) NIN, etc... especially Rammstein, who aren't even industrial btw. They might have some elements of industrial but they are classified as Neue Deutsche Härte. But either way, Rammstein is fucking great. Best concert I ever went to was Rammstein as well. ;)

  • @Vexom09

Neue Deutsche Härte is a subgenre of industrial metal. But yeah, people, just because you like one band doesn't mean you have to hate another.

  • AND THERE WAS GODFLESH!!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah, the riff is awesome. The double drum break is better. Man, live, that thing fucking slays.

  • Fuck yes.

  • FUCKING INSANE SONG O MY GOD!!!!!

  • I saw this band live in Tampere was it -92 or something. The most of the audience shat their pants, and the rest were under hypnosis after the gig. They smoked weed openly on the stage, and gave us their best. Still one of the best live performances I have seen this far.

  • INDUSTRIAL ROCK !

  • this is hypnotic...

  • Never has a single band expanded my musical library by so much. Every video I click on, there is a link to another band or someone is recomending it.

  • @CyanideSovereign They've inspired a lot of people! Even non-industrial acts. That is why!

  • one person is unpure

  • SUCK IT RAMMSTEIN

  • great stuff

  • @mynamearekid this track incorporates post-metal and probably experimental elements as well

  • @bloodyrockfire Justin Broadrick also has an interest with hip-hop and dub music, and that interest is reflected in some of his projects. The work he did with Kevin Martin under the name Techno Animal is a prime example that influence. The music snippet at the beginning of this song is sampled from the hip-hop duo Eric B and Rakim from their song "Let the Rhythm Hit 'Em".

  • @mynamearekid Is it weird that I hate tomatoes yet love ketchup?

  • fucking yeah

  • Cool! has similarities to NAILBOMB

Check them out if u havent heard NB!

Alex Newport and Max Cavalera created NB as a side project in the 90s

  • Crank it up full volume on my BOSE it make the whole house shake!

    Hail Godflesh!

  • one of the greatest and most influential bnds imo

  • GODFLESH AND RAKIM

    FUCKIN AWESOME

i swear this samples let the rythm hit em by rakim

  • Going through old boxes and stumbled on my Skinny Puppy/Godflesh stub from Mississippi Nights in STL(RIP) from 92!! Good stuff!

    Thx for the up

  • too bad there is no band like godflesh around anymore. saw them a couple of times and it was some of the best concerts i've seen

  • all hail godflesh fucking ace song :D

  • I found this cd about 15 years ago in a second hand store. These guys created some amazing songs. This was one of my favorites. Something about the guitar riff was familiar to me, but i never figured out why. Could be that i heard the FLA song (whatever it was) first, but idk.

Thanks for putting this up, Screaming Chim.

  • this guitar riff is amazing indeed. one of my godflesh faves

  • so basicaly you're saying that a simple riff is dumb useless music to your ears? lol'd

  • well arent you special for noticing a riff was simple !

  • Saw them and Skinny Puppy in Detroit in the early/ mid 90's. Simultaneously, the coolest, and most fucked up show I've ever been to!

  • fuckin right !!

i saw the same tour in st.louis.... back in 04 or 05 godflesh was supposed to come back here and they broke up litterly days before the show..

what a fuckin drag B`cause jesu just aint the same.

  • I can't imagine a better concert...you are a lucky lucky person.

  • puuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrreeaaahh

  • So, it was in a front line assembly song a couple years later... why not question if they got it from him, instead?

  • Front Line Assembly, Treponem Pal, Ministry, Godflesh, Head of David, Misery Loves Co.

were all experimental industrial metal-bands and were established in a pretty short period, late 80ies to early 90ies, and most of them are connected to each other by different ways. its no wonder if they shared ideas, or took over one trick or two from the others. Ministry was inspired pretty much by godflesh in the 90ies, and ministry inspired many others, like fear factory for example.

  • this was one of the first ,maybe , the first of this genre to sing to a still young earache records cool stuff best of british and all that what what !!!!

  • this is pretty cool stuff man, thnx for the upload, gotta luv industrial - specially godfleshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

  • lol Np, it's no fun if it's only me enjoying it
