  • I had the pleasure of working with Kay for 2 years in 2000, she was a real tonic as the place of work was full of miserable rude a***holes. We used to have such a laugh together and I loved her amazing stories of her wonderful career. I had not had contact with her for some time and am so saddened by this news. She was a lovely lady and so modest.....I am grateful to have known her for that short time.....

  • Hadn't had contact for 43 years and was so excited to find Kay's web site. We go back to 1963/64 in London when I played drums with Ray McVay and later with Chris Lambs Universal All Stars. How saddened I was to further discover that she had passed away last year. I loved her voice and always thought she would have made it big time as a solo artist. She had the voice, the talent and the personality. She was a fun loving person and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Still have her photo.

  • What a fabulous tribute to a great and talented lady. I'm so shocked and saddened to hear of Kay's death.

  • The Death of Kay, left lots of people sad and big hole in the Cooper family. She will be missed by evryone.

  • Kay was a lovely lady, I was very good friends with her late mother Mary. Kay was a beautiful person and I just am sooo shocked that she has died. She had a beautiful voice. RIP Kay :(
