I only agree with Tim Lincecum being a top 5 pitcher, while C.C. is a close top 5 candidate. Johan is top 10 for sure, i don't think he cracks the top 5 due to injuries and declining speed in his pitches. averaged (94 mph with his fastball in 2007-2008), while only averaged 92 mph in 2009. He seems to be on a steady decline.

Johan is top 10 for sure, i don't think he cracks the top 5 due to injuries and declining speed in his pitches. averaged (94 mph with his fastball in 2007-2008), while only averaged 92 mph in 2009. He seems to be on a steady decline.
