I was pleasently surprised to see Matt Lamsden, his book Rawvolution is the first raw book I brought. I am in the UK and have recently turned vegan raw, and have already tried a few of Matt's recipes. Thank you so much for this, it's so great to actually see for real the recipes created. BTW I lost 6lb in my first week of going raw ! I (continue) to feel just wonderful :-)
