I'm a wiimote/nunchuk user, but for the short jumps you should not make of wheelie before,

I don't win a lot of time, and the short jump never put me good for the shortcut

3rd lap suck too much :/

You lose loads of time before the SC at each lap by going so high on the jumps off the edges of the circles.

but its really difficult to make the short jumps :(...his time is awesome and he can improve it if makes the short jumps....I'll try to improve my time as well...I have 2:32:756...but his time is awesome GREAT JOB Empebot this is my favorite stage :D

Nah, it's very easy with the wiichuck. I even do it online without problems.
