hahaha, ive been planning on doing one like this, but leading right back to where the tool was grabbed so that i dont need to replace as often. love the caches you do though!
I like it! The only thing I might recommend is putting metal on both ends of the coordinate stick just in case some knucklehead puts it in upside down.
Hey there...I have subscribed to your videos and have watched most all of them and have a question...where can you order those containers you use?...I heard you say they were info containers for dog collars...could you email me back?... theredminnow@gmail.com
Do you find that people return the tool back consistently? I think that this is a greaat idea, but am concerned that lazy cachers will not do their share. Great job!
@owenmisson There are cachers of all ages--most of them are actually obviously intelligent and have jobs. I know a few cachers who are engineers and it's really popular amongst the Armed Forces who are stationed in war zones.
Cool. Watching your videos has made me want to go out and do this. I just signed up on geocachingdotcom last night. I'm still trying to learn all the lingo and rules. Fun stuff.
Very inventive , but i agree with another comment , while you are out searching with the fishing rod there could be many geocachers unable to find the missing fishing rod and will give up
wow thats such a cool cache! :) I think you should consider putting two fishing poles though seeing as this is quite a long one, if somebody had it and they were doing the middle section but somebody was looking for it and they couldnt find it they wouldnt be able to get the cache because another geocacher was using it even thought they don't realise! Also if there are lots of people going for FTF u might need more than one :) Hope you consider the advice amazing cache anyway LOVE the videos :)
lovely stations, but put a box there at the final, i need to trade something!:)

I'd be afraid that people wouldn't put the "fishing pole" back after they were done using it. But this is an awesome idea for a cache!
