In late 2008 the magnetic heading changed causing the runway numbers to change to 10/28 :)

oh I really want to go! What is the best hotel/villa resort there? I might go in the summer if I pursued my dad to go. The only problem is the flight, my dad is long legged, absolutely hates economy class and the transfer time from tokyo to amsterdam-amsterdam to sxm is 17 hours. This is going to be hard :(

Hi, Your looking for somewhere close to Maho Beach. The Sonesta resort or La Plage/Terrasse are the closest. I stayed at the La Terrasse :D

Won't be easy getting there from Tokyo. Could fly via North America using Air Canada, United, American or via Europe on Air France but would take longer I think.
