Love the video, I agree with the majority of it. However, playing the champaign is the norm. Its just something that will never die. The creators put loads of time and effort into something that should the average player 6 hours to beat.... and its riddles with gamerpoints. Its a great accomplishment to do and I dont see how it takes away from multi-player. Games: Portal(s), Halo 2/3, MW2, COD5, Geometry Wars, The Impossible Game(s), MLB2k10, and NFS: Hot Pursuit
You got everything right. For me it was tom and jerry and treasure cove on the PC when I was super young. Also had my parents atari. Which grew into nintendo > ps > xbox > ps 2 > xbox 360 > PC
dude im 22 and i enjoy the story modes....when i buy a game i play the story first before multiplayer.....yeah we didnt have multiplayer back then....but we also didnt have the graphics we have now either....the things they do now on top of a greatly written plot can really pull u into the game....a good story mode makes me feel the game is worth buying....the multiplayer keeps me interested and adds longevity to the game...

Ever play FF7? i freaking LOVE (!!!!) FF7 Crisis Core and Dirge of Cerberus! i hated that they ended that series in such a major cliffhanger! I liked the Xbox 360, until it got a red ring of death. Microsoft scams, it even got it after it I sent it to get fixed. I'm not buying another one, screw that. campain is for when internet is lagging and or doing co-op with friends but yeah i know I for one played NES until playstation 2 (with ORIGINAL chunky gray gameboy in between) Only last year did I start Wii then Xbox which I'm in love with especially multiplayer like Black ops though come on Gears of war PWNS Call of duty and Halo franchises. But I still wished for a Playstation 2! So a while back I had played it in a store and it was The Hulk (Game), that was just so much fun to play! Then a view weeks before my birthday I went into my moms kinda office of some sort and
looked for something (Don't know what:/) and then I saw it! A Playstation 2 just laying there all perfect. My mom was at home and I went to her and asked why a Playstation were in the office and she said that it was for her friends son. I sadly believed it and went to my room. When I had my birthday they gave me the console I was just stunned and they bought The Hulk too! Then after that I bought my first Playstation game Lord of The Rings The Two Towers, and it was a used game and costed like
200 Swedish money (Like 20 US dollars). After that I actually got addicted to videogames! I bought games for all of my money like Sly 3 and Star Wars. Then I when on vacation and bought a James Bond game for my playstation and when I got home, my Playstation broke:( I was so sad and after like a year I got another Playstation for Christmas. I really wanted it and I asked for ONLY that because I wanted it so much and it was all I got:) Then I played and broke that piece of shit again!
After that I played my PC for like a year then it got like a virus or something and then I decided to save money for a Playstation 3 but it was too much freakin money so I decided to go and look up a used one but couldn't find any for a good price. After a long time of thinking I tried to find an Xbox 360. Because I only had like 160 bucks I looked up a used one (Xboxes are cheaper than ps3 in Sweden!) I found one for around 150 with like 10 games! Then I bought and I've had it ever since.
Now I play some games on my shitty PC and on my Xbox and I play like Call of duty and GTA and Assassins Creed. Now that was a long story but it described my addiction and it was a lot of fun with all of my games:) See ya later!

I enjoy both the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. I think they are both fun. PS3, online is free. But on Xbox 360, you pay for it, but there is way more to do. I like Grand Theft Auto 4 both single and multiplayer. I also like Red Dead Redemption, and I also play a little Black Ops

I was seven, and I got two games with it.
Pokemon Ruby...and a game you'd never expect to be so awesome...Hamtaro: Hamham Heartbreak. I loved the hell out of those games.
But these were not the start of my gaming career, oh no, I originally fell in love with Megaman, on the SNES in the basement of my cousin's house.
I now enjoy a life filled with PS2 fighters and RPGs...and of course Team Fortress 2.

dont play garbage games then. stay away from the COD serious....all garbage. world at war was only good 1. but other than that DONT PLAY THEM. Play games that take skill. Rainbow Six Vegas 1+2, the Battlefields, Crysis 2. but just wait for BRINK. that game will shit on every game....well and battlefield 3.

i almost never play multiplayer, always the story mode. and i'm 27, playing videogames since 1990... if i have friends over we mostly play the campaign with someone playing and the others watching. and when the player dies he passes the controller on.

My first system was a ps1. Then I got a ps2, which was by far one of the best concoles ever made. I then sold it and got a psp when everybody went mobile. Now, I only play pc games like counter strike and etc. Overall, I feel that video games has changed a lot over the last two decades.

Also multiplayer WAS able back then The Nintendo 64 , had a game called pokemon stadium made in the 1990's also pokemon stadium 2 made in the same date range were you could get a friend to hook up a second controller and battle eachother , sry for being a smartass :(

My first video game system was the sega genesis, it was the best and still runs, from there i basically stuck with the nintendo handhelds until the gamecube(<3), although i played alot of N64 at my friend's house (and still do). i can remember the gameboy color, gameboy advance, gameboy sp, and then the ds along with all the games. After the orignal ds, i got the ds lite and then the Wii. after the wii i got the dsi and moved onto my first xbox 360. I play it all the time and i love it so much.

I liked the Xbox 360, until it got a red ring of death. Microsoft scams, it even got it after it I sent it to get fixed. I'm not buying another one, screw that. I pretty much enjoyed ALL of the tony hawk games, and EA Skate, Skate 2, Skate 3 etc,,,, Even though I didn't have any of the EA skate games, I had a chance to play them. I use to have a nintendo when I was younger and I enjoyed Mario 3 probably the most, until I got the super nintendo, then it was super mario kart, such a classic game.

campain is for when internet is lagging and or doing co-op with friends but yeah i know I for one played NES until playstation 2 (with ORIGINAL chunky gray gameboy in between) Only last year did I start Wii then Xbox which I'm in love with especially multiplayer like Black ops though come on Gears of war PWNS Call of duty and Halo franchises. If any one disagrees I'll meet them in custom play for shottie battles. After all I love raping twerps its my method of anger management.

Multiplayer ftw, dude. :) I too started with the NES, (Mario & Duck Hunt ftw) but unlike you I was able to upgrade to the SNES and eventually the N64. (Still working on getting a Wii) But yeah I love my PS2. Gotta love Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy and Star Ocean. :)

My two sisters played it first and then I started too and it was a lot fun! We played Super Mario and that kinda shit. Then in like 2002 I saw that all of my friends had the Playstation 1 and I just thought that it was so cool and I wished for it on my birthday in 2003 and I got it! After that I played my PC for like a year then it got like a virus or something and then I decided to save money for a Playstation 3 but it was too much freakin money so I decided to go and look up a used one but couldn't find any for a good price. After a long time of thinking I tried to find an Xbox 360. Because I only had like 160 bucks I looked up a used one (Xboxes are cheaper than ps3 in Sweden!) I found one for around 150 with like 10 games! Then I bought and I've had it ever since.

im only 16 and when i was young i had a segagenesis until i was 9 until my bro, my sister and me got together and bought a ps2 then me and my sister bought a gamecube as a second syssem then we got the wii. (witch sucked) then i got the xbox 360 about two years ago and i love my xbox. because of multiplayer. and it was the most expensive thing ive ever saved up for and bought. i put stickers on my xbox and people say "wow your dumb you deminish its value" but to me it makes it more valueable:)

I enjoy both the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360. I think they are both fun. PS3, online is free. But on Xbox 360, you pay for it, but there is way more to do. I like Grand Theft Auto 4 both single and multiplayer. I also like Red Dead Redemption, and I also play a little Black Ops
