Too much power and factory corporations in America. World War was the result. Certain biologies have difficulty working with the system, however I think it would be a good system for everybody (every culture). We approach civilization from a Buddhist Perspective. Farms are grown and sits there until ready to reap the harvest. Trees are grown until ready to cut down for lumber. We work hard, get one hour Paid Lunch Break. Slow down balogny production.
For example, its not about money, its called Work Credits. People, Children (friends), talk about how much work credits they are paid. Work credits make work seem more credible, as if you are putting in work to get what you want. Everything is by credit. Candy, Television, Automobile. For example, a candy bar is 2 credits listed on the price label. A television is 750 credits. A car is 12,500 credits. The starting salary at 12 years old for example is 7 credits per 1/2 hour.
It's not about salary. It's about choice. Mood and feeling of the culture or civilization. How we teach or present the system to the children. If we start young, by guiding them to a more simple life, a life of philosophy, they will live a more mindful and better life. All occupations and pay scales are listed. Vacancies and openings are listed next to the occupation. Desperate (in need of) occupations pay hire or have hiring bonuses because it's more desirable.
Here's how I would do it. We ask what is work? Why work? How should work hours be? Are we working too much? Are we working too many hours in a day? Are we working too less? Are the hours of work causing stress in daily life? Are people going to work thinking about another long 8 hour day? *Is the Federal government requiring business to pay lunch? Is taking lunch break causing people to stay back 1/2 hr cause problems?
What we need is to centralize and stabilitize. If an automobile require other components from other factories, then that's ok. However an engine company building engines for an automobile company should work with that automobile company swiftly. Resources come from iron, glass (sand blasting), carpet (nylon) etc. If we clean and organize, things will be better. It's law that every country is to conduct business in an ethical and environmental fashion. Those who break the law will be fined.
We want $15.00 an hour jobs and low rent. Expensive rent and other living costs causes social problems. Especially how were developing the system (infrastructure) right now. Government supports GM and other large corporations because they provide jobs and bring in the resources (lumber, oil, steel) for the country and its people. They write and establish law.
Its not about 49 days off more than the average worker. It's changing the entire system, how we approach life. Were still building senseless factories producing vehicles that pollute. Automobile companies are failing because they aren't approaching business from a simple straight forward perspective. We don't need power and country (Government support) production. We need production of resources that are important to life. We don't want $7.25/hr jobs that are unstable.
