no offense but i was comparing the pics and stuff but umm...you got the colors a little mixed i meanits just..the skin is darker than the picture on the right..and the skintone is darker than the one on the right again...

I think u should start drawing from the eyes...so u could get the better focus and balance on the face........thats what i think???? See my vid too.. lol ;  )

the right eye socket is too small and the skin colour isnt the right one it should be darker

Ir's pretty good but i think the shape of the head is a little off. the color of hair is almost close, and the skin tone is a little off. But pretty good ^^

For improvements you really only need to work on the shape of the face but otherwise thats awesome.
