Tajmahal, Great wall, Colosseum are universally accepted. But I would definitely say, rests are being manipulated in the list because of the voting policy by new7wonders committee. I don't find any legitimacy in this wonder choosing process.
If this process were appropriate then at least any of the Pisa tower, Pyramid of Giza, Eiffle tower, Garden of Babylon or Artemis Temple would have come into the list. Thumbs up if you agree.

Chinese inventions: Gunpowder, Handcannon, Gun, Fotball(Yes the first fotball game was started in China in 1000 B.C when greeks still were primitive), huge contributions to astronomy, agriculture, mathematcis etc.
Greece is NOT the "mother" of all civilizations.

The Minoan civilization (which was not Greek), appeared earlier in Crete, but anyway, only 700 years or so after the Pyramids in Egypt. We may consider Greece as the most ancient European civilization, not the MOTHER of civilizations. But if that's important (and I think it is), the Knossos should be considered as a wonder of the world, not the Acropolis.

Tajmahal, Great wall, Colosseum are universally accepted. But I would definitely say, rests are being manipulated in the list because of the voting policy by new7wonders committee. I don't find any legitimacy in this wonder choosing process.
If this process were appropriate then at least any of the Pisa tower, Pyramid of Giza, Eiffle tower, Garden of Babylon or Artemis Temple would have come into the list. Thumbs up if you agree.
