sorry to hear about your encounter with this fucking horrible shit bank as well, I have never done business with them, however I get asked 7 times a day from some dipships calling TO join.

My experience:

I have no dental insurance. 2 years ago I had a crown done. Cost ~$3300. The dentist office signed me up for something called CARE Credit - a GE Money Bank credit card. I paid ~$100/month on the card & eventually my balance was down to ~$1700. In January 2010 I received a statement that included a $700 finance charge. I was waiting on a check & skipped a payment. Yesterday my new statement included an ADDITIONAL $500 finance charge. In six weeks I've had $1200 finance charges!

I dont know if reporting them to the better business bureau would help or make any difference towards that, but unfortunately i've heard similar stories : /. Their rates are TERRIBLE, they scam anyone, they harass people, basically the modern mafia of this time it seems, hah. You got my regards man, I hope everything gets better with your problems with this "bank" if you want to even call it that : /.
