@Zakx2896 if you havent purchsed one yet.. have a look at the vsx, i use one myself for everything from alternative the heavy metal sometimes even jazz they are the best all rounders about oh, and to every one winging about cymbals.. it doesn't matter what he uses. as long as it sounds like a cymbal hence if any of you are proper drummers you would know that usually the kit only sounds bad because the operator is bad give him a break sabian are not that bad.. tho im a zildjian man myself

Cymbal bronzes containing 8% tin are most normally called B8 alloy. Paiste refer to their 8% tin bronze as 2002 alloy. Sabian just calls theirs "B8" for obvious reason. Just sayin'.

If you haven't heard Armands, then you are missing out on the one good Zildjian cymbal left. But if you really want great cymbals, Paiste is the way to go. Paiste Signatures, Rudes, Twenty's, and 2002's are all great cymbals. At least, I think Paiste makes great cymbals. It's all just a matter of taste really.

out of curiosity, you say you currently have Tama Iron Cobras and that you're getting Axis Longboards and I was wondering why you're making the switch between these two? I've been looking at both for awhile and have been leaning towards the Iron Cobras but I'd appreciate some feedback on both pedals and why you prefer one over the other (I'm assuming Axis over Iron Cobras).

When it comes to drumming its usually about the way things feel and the way YOU like them. The people that i got my axis pedals from were bugging me asking why i wanted them and all other things. I just hate chain driven pedals, direct drives are way better imo expecially long boards. But its all to your feel and style. Iron cobras are good too though.
