Dancing while pregnant, is like excersising while pregnant, it does the body good. The only time you should not dance while pregnant is when the doctor says so. I had a student who took my classes and performed on shows while expencting all the way to her 8 1/2 month (with doctor's permission of course). She had her baby girl in 1 1/2 hours and 3 pushes, and this was her first time expecting.
