Ahmad you make those chin ups look so easy!! I have my chin up bar and practiced this morning after you posted this video. I have to develop more upper body strength. I mean real strength!! I want to be able to do the ab rollout. How do I know If I can physicaly do it properly. Every time I try I fall on my face,lol. I'm begining stage of strength training not much arm muscles. Great video
Can you hold a plank for 90 seconds? Normally if you can, then you can begin rolling out half way...or to the "pre-falling on your face" zone...and still get a great workout... lets practice them daily...I will if you will...~ahmad
Yes I like to say my clips are for after p90x or when you get bored with it...I have completed 90x at least 2 times...and I love it...but I love now using what I learned and making my workouts more fun by sprinkling all sorts of aspects from it...into my daily routines...~ahmad

The great thing about life is that you always get a brand new day...so lets just start off basic with some simple push ups tomorrow...your goal for the next 2 weeks is to work up to 50-100 push-ups in one set. Week two we will begin adding some deep safe body weight only squatting to build up lower limb strength. I will walk you through it...~ahmad
