please dont report my comment in 1932, a little girl named Suzie was walking down the hall of an old hotel. A crazy man killed her by stabbing her in the back of the head and throwing her body in an elevator. While he closed the elevator doors he said the words "BAKUDA BAKUDA". Now that you have read this message, her dead body will appear in your bedroom every night you go to bed. Unless you do this:
Kareena Kapoor was great for the role, however Aishwarya Rai would've been better choice. I agree with Sharukh Khan (which some ppl call the King of Bollywood) wanted Rai (ha! yeah!) to play the part but the directors didn't (T-T) x(
Kareena was an inspired choice. Sush might have done it well. She can embody the heroine, siren & strong willed tempestuous female or 'wild cat' probably better than most Bollywood actresses. Preity boasts a wholesome purity so often, but I think as an actress she would have been equal to it & would have surprised many an individual. I understand she is a Rajput, so she may have enjoyed playing a 'warrior'. In sum I thought all the right choices were made & Kareena & SRK did superbly.

They did indeed! This was such a tour de force from them. Initially I did not feel Kareena was the ideal choice for the female lead, but she proved the ideal choice. Srk was brilliant; his portrayal being neurotic, almost to the point of bipolarity. He shocked, angered, disgusted & delighted me. I was still able to sympathise & empathise with his character. Asoka is probably the best exhibition of his acting ability. Asoka betrayed SRK the star is a sublime thespian. It is his magnum opus.
