If you have the real copy, just go to the Wi-Fi section, go to search, and type in CLIMAX. You should find it easily. If you have the pirated/downloaded copy, there's not much you can do because Nintendo prevents those from downloading songs. You'll have to look for song packs and patch them into your game somehow.
