the opening of a door does not produce infra sound it is only a compression or rarefaction of the rooms air, now if you repeat it at say 10Hz then you would have very low frequency noise, (infra sound as a term should really be used for naturally created low frequencies)
I would question how you are able to eliminate the fundamental from all the other noise showing on your SPL meter readings. Download REW (a popular, free, subwoofer testing software) to plot the real frequencies of your activities. I have an (accidental) REW plot of a door slamming superimposed over a normal (1M slow) frequency test sweep. The infrasonic "pulse" was massive and came from an REW calibrated SPL meter similar to yours. Set REW to external source and "play" your ceiling and door.

@LionGoddess1 I would need over 90 Db minimum. It is hard to produce infrasound at such amplitudes. Possible though ;)
