At least among some EqD prelisteners (of which I am one btw). Usually when there is a strong usage of FL presets or standard percussion is when they drop the "FL Studio = Try-Hard" line. I just find it offensive.

A Little meh, but if I could offer a few suggestions;

I would've just replaced the instrumental with the dubsteppy parts, while keeping the original vocals and implement the synthesized robot voice when the chorus comes. It's enjoyable, but doesn't feel right unless you have the original vocals in some form. Maybe autotuned will be good.

@LazyCrazyClown thanks for your advice, I tried to better this remix in the take II video I have up. I'm staring to think dubstep remixers just have the original song and just cut it up to allow the drops and lay their own drum track on top of it. They may or may not auto tune the song too. I don't have the means to auto tune and I'm really inexperienced. DJ AlexS seems to be the best at this sorta thing.

And regarding dubstep remixers, to my knowledge they do that, and if you want an auto-tune program, research, install uTorrent, and hit up Pirate Bay. I can tell you have potential, and the more experienced artists out there, the better.

@psychgoth As a producer (lolz yeah right) massive isnt really absolute key. you can make a wub wub wub wobble in ANY DAW. I use Reason and its easy by stacking a few thor synths on top of eachother with a sidechain and an lfo.
