  • This show is so underrated! Proves you can make great TV on a low budget. Please make more episodes!

  • check out the Mad Dog smashing it's face against the window at :50

  • classy classy classy oh and classy

  • Desing by Rodin sculture..

  • The Citroen D Model was almost the perfect Luxury Car except for its small 4 C Engine. Give it a V8 with 250 Horsepower and would've been the premier Luxury Car in the World.

  • I like citroen and fluid suspention.

  • i love this show so much.

  • top gear wannabes in my opinion

  • @ymechaiekh

    Lol, WTF? xD

  • @ymechaiekh

This show is absolutely NOTHING like Top Gear! Remember all the how to's on Top Gear? I didnt think so.

There are only so many things you can do (like buying a car for little money, and then driving it....) with a car that may cross over, but come on... it's a stretch to say they are trying to be Top Gear...

  • @dmc16336 My arse, they are indeed nothing like topgear, the opposite acually.

  • Part of the video was on an ID not a DS

  • aaaahhhh those frenchists.

  • do you have more of this episode ?

  • Whilst landcrabs have some excellent qualities the rover p6 fom 1963 had many DS influences. Original prototypes had no grills for example

  • The closest our car industry managed to the Citroen DS was the Austin 1800, or 'Landcrab'; which I dearly love.

  • The Citroen DS was a milestone in car design, and way ahead of it's time in terms of looks, safety, and a host of other innovative features, like power steering electric windows and fluid suspention, where as the Austin 1800 was built in Britain at a time of great economic strain with the workers unions, resulting in an unreliable rustbucket with about as much style as a dad at a disco.

  • hydropneumatic suspension yes, savety features yes but never electric windows on a ds. did have airco on some models but they didnt really work that well... have to agree with you about the 1800though:) restoring my ds pallas 2.1inj right now.cheers

  • Yes, as Nobel points out, Rover's P6 to the DS was a better paring than the Crab. There were even comparison road tests of the time between the two cars.

The closest of all cars to the Desse was the Ro80 by NSU. Never owned one, but have driven them.

The DS/ID is a nice car, but very dated now. Glad I owned mine when I did.

  • big up for the landcrab- finally getting the achingly cool status its always merited,

  • Cannot find one that cheap in Europe anymore, end of show?

  • annoying

  • they reference a body design by "BERTONE"...not sure if they are refering to the famed itallian design studio? but the DS was actually styled in house by citroen designer "FLAMINIO BERTONI" there is no relation between the two...and is a common mistake.

  • Well wheres the rest of it ??..

  • I agree with you, this video is so useless

  • They didn't factor the cost of regestering the car for UK roads!

  • widescreen?
