The problem with hockey, it's all or nothing mentality. There is no logical plan to excel. Go hard or go home is about 2000 years old. When will you wake up and realize that quantum physics is not just for nerds. The first team to realize this will own the cup for decades. We don;t blame the players, it's the ego mania coaches that require power. We have always been ready to help but you will not ask for help. Why? EGO MANIA. It's a vicious circle and very difficult to self diagnose.
