It's not even close the the Supra, in terms of styling (interior and exterior) and performance. And it has a very reasonable price under 20,000 pounds. Yay!

Actually the GT-R on some test blows the 3.5 away with 3.3 and even 3.2. I just LOOOVE the GT-R. handles like nothing made by human beings. I'm a Jdm lover. I currently own a silvia that carries 500+bhp on the wheels and I love that car because it has no TC no nothing
The Lfa looks like a great car and all, but for that kind of money i'd buy myself a lambo and be much happier! We'll see if Lexus does manage to sell a couple of these supercars.
On the contrary, Lexus has already sold 90% of the LF-As in Japan and 90 out of 160 in the US already, and this is before the car even started being produced in the plants. If this keeps up, Lexus will sell all of the LF-As.....or better yet, "Lease" all of the LF-As. The LF-A won't be available to be bought in the US but leased, but the Japanese customers are allowed to purchase the cars......a bit dumb but I guess Lexus aren't taking any chances.
I dont understand why Toyota, who hasnt been in the performance market since the Supra would drop a 450$ thousand dollar car. Who are they trying to compete with. Yes the IS300 had potential but Toyota made it almost impossible to tune. Toyota sucks and has sucked for awhile. Theyre becoming the japanese version of GM.

The reason why the LFA is 300K is not because it's "completely handmade". :S It's because Toyota/Lexus invested millions of dollars year after year and it took 9 years of trial and error to create it. Even selling them at 300K, Toyota/Lexus gain NO PROFIT.
Supercharger or Turbo charger are the cheapest way or the fastest way to increase your horse power! and also are the very expensive ways to maintain. BMW used to swear that the company never cheated its pride to turbo charge their rides, but thing have changed, isnt it ! There are so many things to love about the new Lexus LF-A, and one thing stands out is its regular V10 with indiviual throttle bodies and it is a TOYOTA!Nobody can go wrong with this brand!of course, I am a big fan of HONDA too!
I rather pay $86k for Godzilla, it dosen't sound so sweet or uses exetensibly exotic materials and is havier, but all said an done GTR is more tecnologicaly advanced.
If they come to their senses and make something like or close to the supra in nature and price with a turbocharger they could have another hit in their hands.
Hybrid system = dead weight in a sports car. Besides, that little 4 cylinder engine would have gotten decent mileage on it's own.
Clearly, Toyota gets it, as evident in the FT and the LF-A. Granted, Toyota partially owns Subaru, and that Subaru there is a hybrid, but it's just a concept, unlike the other two, which will probably be entering production.. Why doesn't Honda?
hmm perhaps the LF-A could be the return of the supra, the rear lights have just the slightest comparison between them. i really think they ought to shave off the odd jagged edges that were made in attempt to give the car a more futuristic look. it looks rather stupid i think
the LF-A is no return of the Supra, thats a freaking V8 $200K sports car, deffinitly no Supra there, and the FT-86 is a 160-200hp 4cyl. RWD car being built by both Toyota and Subaru with a higher performance 300hp AWD version. the Toyota version isnt even coming to the States only in Japan. States gets the Subaru version
the closest return to the Supra is the Toyota FT-HS which will be a RWD V6 400hp hybrid sports car or a naturally aspirated V6 with 400hp RWD. with a mid $30K price range.

Actually the GT-R on some test blows the 3.5 away with 3.3 and even 3.2. I just LOOOVE the GT-R. handles like nothing made by human beings. I'm a Jdm lover. I currently own a silvia that carries 500+bhp on the wheels and I love that car because it has no TC no nothing

The Lfa looks like a great car and all, but for that kind of money i'd buy myself a lambo and be much happier! We'll see if Lexus does manage to sell a couple of these supercars.

On the contrary, Lexus has already sold 90% of the LF-As in Japan and 90 out of 160 in the US already, and this is before the car even started being produced in the plants. If this keeps up, Lexus will sell all of the LF-As.....or better yet, "Lease" all of the LF-As. The LF-A won't be available to be bought in the US but leased, but the Japanese customers are allowed to purchase the cars......a bit dumb but I guess Lexus aren't taking any chances.

I dont understand why Toyota, who hasnt been in the performance market since the Supra would drop a 450$ thousand dollar car. Who are they trying to compete with. Yes the IS300 had potential but Toyota made it almost impossible to tune. Toyota sucks and has sucked for awhile. Theyre becoming the japanese version of GM.

Lexus is not even making a profit off of the LFA. You think they should lower the price and lose money? It is a high price because it is a high quality car. Almost every component in the car is made of carbon fiber. That stuff is expensive shit. This car is much higher quality than the Supra.

The reason why the LFA is 300K is not because it's "completely handmade". :S It's because Toyota/Lexus invested millions of dollars year after year and it took 9 years of trial and error to create it. Even selling them at 300K, Toyota/Lexus gain NO PROFIT.

Supercharger or Turbo charger are the cheapest way or the fastest way to increase your horse power! and also are the very expensive ways to maintain. BMW used to swear that the company never cheated its pride to turbo charge their rides, but thing have changed, isnt it ! There are so many things to love about the new Lexus LF-A, and one thing stands out is its regular V10 with indiviual throttle bodies and it is a TOYOTA!Nobody can go wrong with this brand!of course, I am a big fan of HONDA too!

Hybrid system = dead weight in a sports car. Besides, that little 4 cylinder engine would have gotten decent mileage on it's own.
Clearly, Toyota gets it, as evident in the FT and the LF-A. Granted, Toyota partially owns Subaru, and that Subaru there is a hybrid, but it's just a concept, unlike the other two, which will probably be entering production.. Why doesn't Honda?

the LF-A is no return of the Supra, thats a freaking V8 $200K sports car, deffinitly no Supra there, and the FT-86 is a 160-200hp 4cyl. RWD car being built by both Toyota and Subaru with a higher performance 300hp AWD version. the Toyota version isnt even coming to the States only in Japan. States gets the Subaru version
the closest return to the Supra is the Toyota FT-HS which will be a RWD V6 400hp hybrid sports car or a naturally aspirated V6 with 400hp RWD. with a mid $30K price range.
