chinese scooters are crap dude. do not get a chinese scooter. the tiwain scooters are better but not as good as the sprees are and still are.i remember everyone back then on these brand new puttn around. they were always at the ballpark or pool on them 8)
dude, do you know how to work on these?? I have the same one, same year and everything but mine won't start anymore, something with the fuel pump I think...could you give me any advice?
on the spree occasionally, either the auto bistarter or petcock chokes out during hard stops or when low on fuel . It causes an otherwise healthy spree to die.
To start it again, remove the side panels to get access to the engine, remove the air filter cover and the foam air filter. Then place you hand over the big intake hole in the bottom of the air box and start it. It may take a few tries but this manually chokes the engine to get things running again. When running turn off and re assemble
sprees are EASY to work on. All you really need a cheapo metric socket set and a coupe of screw drivers. Just make sure to not over tighten things. Most engine parts are made of soft aluminum,
take care of that honda spree, there is not many sprees out on the roads anymore since a bunch of kids like to tear them up, i used to have one, and wish i didn't sell it, if i saw one at a rummage sale or auction, i am going to buy it and keep it as my 1st moped
i just got one of these if i use it every day how long before i fill it up with gas

I have a White Honda Spree (84) and it has 34900 miles on it and still runs perfect. It maxes out at like 34-Mph.
