She is trying to point out the apparent dishonesty companies are portraying to the public in their media photos. They are not as diversified as they are leading the public to believe, or if they are, they are just too lazy to take their own photos to show that diversity.

I think the real question is, what is the point of photoshopping the photos in the first place, especially in such a sloppy, lazy way?
