No the cops in Texas are just THAT bad, anyone in surrounding states or in Texas can vouch and agree to that bit The last time I drove through texas EVERY cop I saw was parked off the side in a trap waiting, and at one point between a 10 mile stretch of highway I passed no less than TWELVE cops hiding behind bushes and way off the road, I mean seriously... that's more than 1 cop a mile...

A new zo6? Why? It may be fast but the tire noise and the road noise in that car is terrible...what you need is a 2012 GT-R, that would be a great rally car

@bond1011 I disagree. Yeah it's a cool car, but it wouldn't be near as fun as a ZO6 across america. Tire and road noise is what the vette is about, and you don't want a quite automatic that can't do burn outs. It's be just like driving my Volvo vs driving my 300zx, I would have so much more fun driving my rwd 300 than my awd volvo.
