These posts are wrong about all the doors being one pane of glass. I just came back from Vegas where I saw the Luxor and the card. Each door in the building is double pane. You can tell by how many reflections show in the door. The only difference with this door is the edges are bevelled. The card is at a different angle, position, and even rotated 180 degrees compared to the show. It obviously has been inserted in a real door after the trick.
I just compared this video to the video on the show, and the card is tilted at a different angle. In this video, it's mostly vertical, but in the show, it's almost completely horizontal.
My guess would be that they used fancy camera work to make it happen. Which ever side the camera was on, the card was attached to the other side. Then the door was later replaced with the card actually embedded in it.
Oh yea, I knoww!! You can see the different angles in the episode too. My bro said that this door looks like the only door with 2 pieces of glass (0:10)
I mean, I don't want to dis Criss Angel, but he's not really a magician, and he's hardly really an illusionist either. All of his tricks involve actors pretending to be bystanders and using clever camera cuts.
The show sure is fun to watch though. The only one that really has me baffled is making the elephant appear. I don't know how he did that.

does he usually talk to people after a demonstration like this tcav or does he just leave?
cause i was at the luxor and i actually saw him but no demonstration, he walked right beside me so i talked to him for a bit. but does he usually walk away or chat a little bit?
the card is still in the door under the sphinx entrance doors, but it is the only door with a double pain of glass
