I took it from the guy with the enclave exactly paradise on the bridge near the falls there was an antenna.

there was a small Enclave defence post on the other half of the bridge where Arefu is. took me a couple of tries to efficiently kill them all (using the least amount of ammo) but it was worth it. you can aquire the TPA from one of the enclave scum =]

You can actually get Tesla armor before too, if you go to the library where you sell pre-war books to some chick, if you go out to the fence at night, some enclave soldiers will come and kill Raiders, they got Tesla armour, just kill'em and i'ts yours =D

you can get the tesla armor before you get captured. theres an enclave soldiers in the sewers on ur way to the citadel. hes on an unaccesible platform but you can throw a grenade and he will come flying down.

btw, I know how to get the power armor very quickly!

You must be at Project purity when the enclave invade, as your escaping, you get into a room with a balcony, enclave soldiers will come in and attack you, one should have the armor!
