  • i saw this when i was little in russia, i just now looked it up, hope its as good as i remember.

  • Whoops! Error #2. A title on screen says they've moved on to "Pekin" (which today is Beijing) and Peter Cushing asks Christopher Lee "And what are you doing in Shanghai?" Sorry, 2 different cities. Someone should have bought the scriptwriter a map of China.

  • Loved this movie as a kid....however, the film opens in "Szechuan province" which they are calling Manchuria....they are nowhere near each other. Manchuria was in the north-east of China near Russia and Szechuan is in the south.

  • @manwarish

    Foooolll!!

  • great flick : }

  • good old fashioned brits...zombies and aliens on a train...wouldnt be allowed in old blighty lol great film

  • I watched this on one of my public domain movie packs. Great movie, but the quality is ass. We need a good dvd release for this movie.

  • @Leatherbubba You're in luck. Severin's releasing a new HD transfer on Blu-ray/DVD on November 29th.

  • when i was seven, i saw this, and the whistling jus burned itself itno my brain

  • This turned out to be a cool, unique, thriller!

  • Classic - What more can I say?

  • goos classic movie

  • Superb Pete Cushing & Chris Lee flick.

"What if one of you is the monster?", "But were British!". Classic line

  • mrhorrorfan eats the maggots out of hos sisters asshole

  • Here's a bit of nerdy, fan-boy speculation: The creature in this movie, and "Redjac" from the Star Trek episode "Wolf in the Fold?" Same species.

  • @MrHorrorFan i just looked it up and i think you may be right! good job man!

  • Hey! It plays 'Beautiful Ohio' at the beginning. Weird and Hilarious.

One of my FAVORITE GRADE C crap bad horror movies.

  • Gracias por subir el video clasico de los 80s conmo esta pelicula de terror clasico :D

  • I remember the first time I watched this, the bit with the fish where its explained the white eye is a sign of boiling. I missed the bit where its just been cooked like that and assumed that the monster had gotten the fish! D:

  • dumb

  • why r all of you philosophizing about some dunb fucking movie? IDIOTS

  • @wonnthree Well, dickhead, because we happen to like it, and we're not assholes, like you.

  • just started waching it its pretty good and im 16 but love older films

  • awesome movie

  • I watch modern horror movies with all the overrated special effects and blood and gore and don't jump once. This movie scared the begeezes out of me

  • This was the first horror film I watched when I was little and man I think it gave me nightmares for years!

  • this movie has elements of the thing in it....

  • @danno6466 I thought the same: Frozen creature, defrosted, goes on the rampage... The "bleeding eyes" idea was borrowed for John Carpenter's In the Mouth of Madness, and probably for Lucio Fulci's City of the Living Dead.

  • @danno6466 Yeh, but the monster explained what it wanted in this film.

  • Thank you!

  • By the beard of rasputin!

  • What year is this movie from? :)

  • @anncie2 1972

  • As a kid this movie SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME. When I misbehaved, my evil parents would invoke the words "horror express" and I would shit my fucking pants.

  • DAMN the monk looks like DeNiro!!!!!!!!!

  • HEHEHE... Those horrible eyes are sickening: like bulging, boiled fish eyes that are about to pop out of the mutilated sockets after the creature hypnotizes the chosen victim with its glowing red orbs. But the worst aspect is how the brain is transformed into a squishy pallid pumpkin after been sucked dry! I'm not sure about the music though: It would sound more at home in a Spaghetti Western than a horror film.

  • Man this brings back good memories , world was at so much peace when i saw this movie 1st as a kid !

  • Manchu is the name of China in ancient times...

  • @witiedagreat lol, not really. Manchu literally means the race of Man, ie the Manchu ethnic group. You're probably referring to Manchuria, which is just the northeastern region of modern China, and where the Manchu ethnic group was originated from. They ruled China during the Qing Dynasty and that's it. Manchu is not the name of China in any given period.

  • @JinrohDFLL yeah you're right!, pardon me!..^_~v

  • Pretty good considering when it was made.

  • This is probably one of the creepiest themes ever composed for a movie.

  • YOUR NOT MISSING ANYTHING ITS CRAP NOT GOOD AT ALL INFACT BORING IT SHOULD OF BEEN CALLED IN TEDIOUS

  • Since when is there fuul length movies on youtube??

  • so at the end we don't know the real form of the alien

  • bakkvas

  • great film . excellant plot. with an alien, cossacks, rasputin wanna be, all on a train

  • Very good film from a very good age!!

I like those old alternitave movies.

  • nalla padam.. idhu poala padam Thamizh directors eaydukka vayndum.. Vaazhga Thamizh.. Vaalzhga Lemuria.

  • These type of movies scared us long ago, folks nowadays have had their senses destroyed by all the affects, blood gushing, heads flying off type of cinema. When I was young, the priest freaked me out with his read eyes towards the end. Didn't need much blood and guts back then to be frightened.

  • @MzSunnyJeep In a few years time, there'll be nothing scary anymore; horror movies will disappear.

  • @tomkingsbridge Sort of sad if you think about it. What will be new?

  • @MzSunnyJeep Yep. Even I nowadays feel like no movie can really scare me. But isn't that just how things work? If you think of it, it all happened naturally - perhaps unlike nowadays music. You just can't keep using the same old special effects over and over again. It's sad; but it's there.

  • @MzSunnyJeep i sympathize but it depends alot of the vintageness of said films and the pulp elements create a different kind of horror when you know what your looking for. these film also give the audience the ability to overthink certain scenes if they wish unlike the cluster phuks that are put out these days especially when your on weed.

  • SUPER SUPER MOVIE!!!

  • Thx for upload, this is a great movie!

  • помню, страшно было смотреть

  • @makemeeasy @makemeeasy It is still terrible, but, somehow, I enjoy it. Especially Rasputin's twin brother.

  • What a strange movie: Chinamen in Beijing, creepy corpses in tombs, women "scientists." Mind blowing ...

  • You know you're in trouble when the audience applauds the opening credits more than the actual film.
