Eye Exercises to Improve Vision

ok so i been trying this method for over a month now,and it seems top work well,its taking a long time tho

ok,so iv tried these eye exercises.after 22 days i could see perfect,i thought i must be dreaming,but i was not,it was all real,but it only last a few days,anyone know why
