Get a 20 gallon tank, let it be over filtered, and no heater is necessary if you want your fish to live a long happy life.

They're Pingpong pearlscales! I have 12 of those, along with 3 red ryukins, 3 calico ryukins, 2 redcaps, 7 butterfly moores (6 coz one turned orange) 1 white oranda, 1 black oranda and 3 angelfishes. They're in a 50 gallon tank and they're fine.
