If you pause it at the beginning of the triple it looks like he's going for a pike, I wonder if it makes rotation faster if have your legs straight at the beginning.
Mike Williams, from the University of Washington, competed a triple back on floor back in 1993. He was the first US male to compete that move on the FX.
I competed against him and he took 2nd at level 10 NY State championships...theres a young 15 or 16 year old who could contend with the seniors on floor that beat him.
ok first of all you need to chill the hell out. I think its cool i competed against someone that attempted a triple back and went to nationals but no i dont feel the need to get a medal, thanks for the offer however.
