a drift you use the e brake and the weight of the car to re angle the car and accelterate a powerslide is when you use the throttle to break loose and bring the car around in a controled manner and yes all 4 wheels should receive equal power when its all wheel drive

drifting and power sliding is the same but the intention is different. rally uses power sliding to maintain speed in corners, drifters just want to slide in an maximum angle.there is a difference in e-brake sliding and power sliding, but the difference is obvious.

They do use the handbrake to initiate the turn (see 1:54), some corners are lift off oversteer, some power over, some flicking in is also involved. putting the front inside tire over the curb of the tarmac helps combat understeer round the faster corners (see 27 and 33sec).

not bad but all the drifts were hairpin turns.. pretty easy to do that, i used to do that with my FF celica by pulling the ebrake, although it might be more difficult in a awd.. i wouldnt know but i rate this vid with 3 stars wasnt that great bc it was same over and over again. and nascar does take some skill.. but it also depends on who has a better car also, rally still takes more skill in my opinion though, alot more

Well some are e-braked (generally for switchbacks) whereas with prolonged drifts they initiate by understeering the corner and applying the gas to release the back end. Quickly oversteering controls the drift.

Dat is not a misfiring system its an anti-lag system to stop turbo lag and give the car more power at lower rpm and has nothing to do with misfiring

It's Easier to drift AWD cars in WRC because most of it is done on dirt tracks, were there is not a lot of friction between the tires and the ground, unlike those you see in Formula D and D1 events.
